General Farm Description: HOPE for Small Farm Sustainability is a 501c(3) educational nonprofit that works to amplify healthy Texas regional food systems, as food connectors for both farmers and the community. We provide training and education to individuals and small-scale farmers interested in growing, preparing and selling their own organic food for self-sustainability. What We’re Looking For
Looking for individuals that are interested in being part of an intensive learning/working farming program. We are hiring individuals wanting to 1.) practice outdoor organic/ natural farming in a sub-tropical climate and 2.) learn the indoor work of how to run a successful farming business. This would be a 6 months paid fellowship which could lead into a Farm Trainer position ($17/hr).
