Requirements / Qualifications: Valid driver’s license, able to lift a 50 pound bag of grain onto your shoulder unassisted, able to follow directions.
Employees will need their hands and minds on the job at all times to ensure safety. Mechanical and physical aptitude preferred. Strong preference for candidates who have an interest in regenerative and holistic practices.

Educational Opportunities: Bee Creek Farm is one of very few farms in the area who operate using Holistic Management Principles and regenerative farming. Livestock are managed to mimic the behaviors of ancient wild herds in a manner that heals degraded soils, improves ecosystem function, and builds biodiversity. Seeing these methods in action is a wonderful learning experience on many fronts.

Skills Desired: There will be special consideration for individuals with mechanical, welding and/or construction knowledge. On the job training will be provided for all skill sets. We take great pride in our farming practices, our animals, and our products and will welcome someone who will share in that pride with us.
