Ananda Farm is a vibrant exotic fruit farm that grows fresh produce and flowers for our farm-to-table market. Our farm is more than just a workplace—it’s a community of passionate people dedicated to sustainable agriculture, great food, and fun experiences.

Compensation: $16/hr+ (Higher pay depending on experience)
Employment Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM

We’re looking for dedicated, team-oriented farm hands to help us keep the fields thriving during the weekdays!

What You’ll Do:
Planting, watering, and harvesting fruits, vegetables, and flowers
General farm maintenance (weeding, irrigation, upkeep)
Work outdoors in various weather conditions
Be part of a positive, hardworking team

What We’re Looking For:
Prior farm experience preferred but not required (we’re happy to train the right person!)
Able to handle physical work (lifting, bending, working in the sun, etc.)
Team-oriented attitude – we work together to get the job done!
English speaking is preferred, but not required
Reliable and ready to work!
