Winter is nearly here and we would like to get a couple people to join our team for the new season. Ideally, we would like to get you started around November 6th. We would prefer to hire people looking to work November through January, but we are open to discussion on start and end dates.

We are a small farm, but move a lot of produce to local and regional markets as well as farmers markets. Farm work is physically demanding work, so applicants need to be fit and capable of lifting 50lbs. Willingness to work outside in any type of weather is a must. Successful candidates must be able to work well with others as well as complete tasks on their own. Some of the duties include harvesting, weeding, hoeing, transplanting, and farm maintenance. Previous farm experience is not required. More important is a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.

Resume’ and references are required. A phone interview will be arranged with qualified candidates. A three day trial will be conducted to see if there is mutual agreement the job is a good fit. Please check out our farm on @wcfarms on Instagram, or Willow Creek Farms on Facebook to become familiar. Thank you! We look forward to hearing from you.
