Labor4Learning Training Program Positions Open

Practical Farmers of Iowa’s Labor4Learning program helps connect beginning farmers seeking employment and additional training in farm management and production skills with trainer farmers. Applicants are hired directly by trainer farmers and paid at least minimum wage, and they also benefit from paid time off to attend Practical Farmers of Iowa events and the opportunity to network with other program participants.
