National Organic Standards Board Announces Fall Meeting

The National Organic Standards Board announced its Fall Meeting in Omaha, Nebraska. The public meeting will be November 4-6, 2025, to discuss substances petitioned for addition to or deletion from the National List of Allowed and Prohibited Substances, substances due to sunset from the National List in 2027, and recommendations on organic policies. Online comment sessions are set for the afternoons of October 28 and 30, 2025. Meeting materials, including the agenda, documents for public inspection, and public comment instructions will be posted closer to the event. The written comment period and sign up for the oral comment period will close October 8, 2025.
