New York Farmers Market Resiliency: Regional Sub-Grant Program

Applications are due by February 4, 2026.
The New York Department of Agriculture and Markets is accepting proposals for $500,000 in funding through the Farmers Market Resiliency Grant Program. The program aims to provide the opportunity to build long-term food system resiliency through New York State’s Farmers Markets. Funding will be available for projects that will help enhance current food system resiliency through farmers markets, including projects aimed at the development and enhancement of farmers market infrastructure, online infrastructure, marketing and outreach efforts, and/or delivery capabilities across the state. This round of the grant program is structured for larger entities to provide sub-grants to farmers markets and/or farmers market vendors in their economic development region.
