Southern SARE Announces Funded Grants for 2025 Cycle

The Southern Sustainable Agriculture Research & Education (SSARE) program has announced the proposals selected for funding through its 2025 On-Farm Grants program, Education Grants program, Producer Grants program, and Research and Education Grants program. Together, the programs provided more than $5 million in funding to researchers, farmers and ranchers, and agricultural professionals. Project topics include agroforestry, intercropping, production methods for alternative crops, pest control, and soil health.
