Virtual Meet-ups Let Farmers Share Ideas

One Good Idea and Farmers for Soil Health are partnering to offer a series of three Good Idea Shop Talks, virtual meet-ups for row crop and livestock producers to exchange ideas for troubleshooting on-farm challenges related to improving soil and water resources, while protecting profitability. In each Shop Talk, a producer kicks off the conversation by pitching a question related to a challenge they are experiencing with a conservation practice or a soil and water resource concern. Then the group workshops the question together, with opportunities to share their own experiences and soak up the lessons others have learned. Good Idea Shop Talks are set for January 22 and 29 and February 5, 2026. Connect with farmers from beyond your local community and gain ideas to improve your farm’s resilience.
