Webinar Series to Support Farmers Transitioning to Organic Production

A free, 10-session “Transition to Organic Webinar Series” will support farmers starting or advancing their transition to organic crop production. The weekly series runs Wednesdays from January 14 to March 18, 2026, and is organized and sponsored by the Community Alliance with Family Farmers, University of California Cooperative Extension, and the University of California Organic Agriculture Institute. Sessions will cover the certification process, market dynamics, soil health and soil amendments, pest and weed management, and other key topics. The series includes 75-minute presentation and discussion sessions, as well as optional office hours. Real-time Hmong or Spanish interpretation is offered for each session.
