Western SARE Farmer/Rancher Grant Program

Western Sustainable Agriculture Research & Education is accepting proposals for Farmer/Rancher grants. This program aims to honor producer innovation by funding on-farm research that benefits and is led by producers themselves. Projects with one or two producers may apply for as much as $25,000 and projects with three or more producers working together may apply for a maximum of $29,900. The producer(s) and a technical advisor work together to develop a one- to three-year project that conducts both research and outreach on a sustainable agriculture topic.
