In this episode of Weekly Wednesday Workshop, Felicia Bell, NCAT Sustainable Agriculture Specialist at the Gulf States Regional Office in Jackson, Mississippi, is joined by NCAT Livestock Specialist Linda Coffey for a discussion about livestock production. They talk about heritage breeds, animal health, and animal care with a focus on small ruminants. They also discuss grazing management, soil health, livestock’s role in regenerative agriculture, and marketing.
