We also have a history of folks who work here for several years or longer, so if you are not interested in operating your own farm but are looking at farming as a long-term job, we are also a good place for that.
Educational Opportunities: We do not offer a formal internship program, but you will learn a lot through your daily participation. We have over 20 former employees/interns who have gone on to successfully run their own farms. All aspects of crop planning, finances, and farm decision making are available to employees. You willl learn the most by being proactive and asking lots of questions.
