Basic Livestock and Poultry Webinars Available On Demand

USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) premiered an on-demand, two-hour webinar, Livestock 101: Livestock Economics and Markets. The free webinar, from NRCS Science and Technology, covers livestock sectors at a glance, markets, and general statistics and information. In addition, NRCS premiered Livestock 101: Poultry, a two-hour, on-demand webinar presented by Brian D. Fairchild, Professor at the University of Georgia. This webinar covers nutrition and body condition, reproduction, health and biosecurity, animal and waste facilities, management and handling practices.
