Organic Farming Research Foundation Publishes Carrot and Tomato Research Summaries

The Organic Farming Research Foundation (OFRF) has published research summaries on organic carrot and tomato projects. Since 2011, researchers leading the Carrot Improvement for Organic Agriculture project have been looking to improve carrot varieties for organic production. Meanwhile, in the second phase of the Tomato Organic Management and Improvement Project, researchers want to better understand the role of tomato genetics in promoting specific rhizosphere microbes that mitigate disease issues.
